AFCON branded buses belonging to the Confederation of African Football (CAF)reported missing.
The continental football governing body says the whereabout of the eighty-Nine (89) AFCON buses cannot be traced.
The buses which were used during the just ended 2021 AFCON tournament in Cameroon are alleged to have been stolen, Daily L’Ancedote has reported.
The CAF branded buses that conveyed tournament players and officials to the various stadiums in the host nation Cameroon cannot be traced few months after the tournament ended.
According to the Daily L’Ancedote, all ninety long and minibuses bought for the game except one that belong to the Cameroonian football federation are unavailable.

The shocking news of the missing buses came out after series of allegations after the continental football game.
The just ended tournament has been characterized series of rot and under dealing.
It has recently been reported that the organizing committee of the AFCON still own some organizations and individuals after the continental football competition.
Reports say a number of personnel engaged in various sporting activities during the tournament were yet to be paid.
CAF officials have launched investigations into the reported allegations.
They have also begun enquiries into the missing buses as well as other post tournament allegations.
