Security Coordinator at the Kumasi Kejetia Market popularly referred to as Kumasi Dubai, WO1 Michael Sossah has issued a stern caution to security personnel under his command in the market to ensure full enforcement of security protocols in the market.
The head of security in the largest ultra-modern market in West Africa issued the word of caution to his men in his routine advice and engagements with the officers.
WO1 Michael Sossah observed that business and trade activities would not be productive if security arrangements in the facility are compromised.
WO1 Sossah explained that security operations can easily be compromised if security personnel in the market exchange their duty roles for pertinent material favors from traders.
He noted that traders especially market women entice unsuspecting individuals especially market officials with gifts and rewards with the motive to obtain favors from them when the need arises.

WO1 Michael Sossah warned that no officer under his command in the facility will be spared if caught in any act or action that is likely to compromise security within the market premises.
The head of operations of the Lexbena Security, a private security company operating in the market, Acheampong Frederick described Michael Sossah as a ‘’very discipline leader.’’
He said his personnel will follow the commander’s advice to the latter.
He affirmed that whoever breaches any of the market security protocols do so at his own risk since there will be no escape window for them.
